Why i write as i do.

I learned from an early age to express myself not only in words, but in my writing as well. I write poetry or i write down notes blogs w/e to express how im feeling. Sometimes what i write hurt others feelings. Im sorry for that, but i write as i speak blunt and straight forward.

What makes me tick?

What makes me the person i am is a couple things. 1. my family shows love and support in all that i do. 2. i have friends who look past the surface and to who i really am. and 3.i stopped caring what others thought a long time ago.

Keepsakes

Aunt Liz wanted to let the women sleep, but it was well into the afternoon. Ark had promised Verloren she would wait until the human ceremony to know her as a lover, but judging from the noise coming out of their room last night they couldn't wait any longer. "Ladies, ye'll be late to yur own weddin'. Ye still ave to get dressed." Aunt Liz left as she heard them stir behind the door.

Ark held Verloren, they woke together, she heard her aunt call, and she knew she needed to prepare. She wanted to do even more than she had a week ago now, but she wanted to love Verloren again before the ceremony. She kissed Verloren, and pulled her sleepy lover on top of her once again. Neither of them bothered getting dressed for bed, they had simply enjoyed each other fully on and off throughout the night reminiscing, and making love.

Aunt Liz knew the sounds lover's make. She knew they were at it again. She also knew Ark and Verloren wanted to get married. Aunt Liz waited for the sounds to indicate they were finished. "Oi now get dressed in there. Ye cannae be lollygagging in bed. Ye will be late."

Ark exploded out of the room, dressed and dripping wet from a hasty bath. "I still have more fireworks to make."

"Go to Ironforge lass. Ye need a full bath." Liz said as delicately as possible.

Ark blushed, but nodded in acknowledgment. On the one hand she didn't care that people knew she was Verloren's lover, and on the other, she didn't want to embarass people needlessly either.

The bath took longer than it should have. Ark couldn't find any Goblin Rocket fuel to make the last few needed lauchers. So she made lots of fireworks, other fireworks. She sent a whisper on the winds to Izume begging her to make some for her. Izume agreed, but it would take time to get the rum.

Prime, her first knight, had helped gather what he could for Ark, but they were both late. Verloren sent a whisper telling Ark to finish what she needed as she and Honbun were helping to get each other ready. Dobby still had not arrived, and Luliana and Moto were both running late as well.

Aunt Liz was the only one prepared and there, well except for Auden and Thargeas. Honbun arrived with Ver and Dobby was shortly after. They tried on a few dresses deciding which they wanted to wear. Ver wasnt making them wear the same thing or a hideous dress. Ver remembered she had forgotten her Path of Cenarius in her bank. Dobby and Hon went back to Stormwind to the bank to look at a few more dresses. They both agreed on the simple dress that Bel had made for them. Luliana showed up then Moto and people started trickling in. Marewa came and was jumping around as a kitty and transformed into a bear and was goofing off as any tauren druid would. She was going to cause some trouble and Ver knew it. Ark's tardiness frustrated Aunt Liz she raised Ark better than this, but Aunt Liz trusted she had her reasons.

They started the wedding an hour and a half late. Marewa and Thargeas wouldn't stop moving around and so people were yelling at them to SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP specifically directed at Marewa and Thargas who wouldn't stop running, jumping, and shouting. Marewa had dueled the bride before, and Verloren was trying to figure out if she wanted to duel her again on her wedding day.

Once they finally had everyone assembled, Verloren and Ark asked for a private meeting with Prime, Luliana, and Motokume, the guild leaders. They knew this would be hard to tell them, and Verloren was quiet. She squeezed Ark's hand, indicating she should start.

"I don't know how to tell you this. You have been there for us, when neither of us knew we needed or wanted you to be here." Ark started, she sighed deeply. "We both have...Obligations."

Luliana and Motokume both lost their happy composure, Prime as first knight knew a bit more, but not much.

"I understand, how long do you have?" Moto asked.

"Two more days including today, so tomorrow is our last day together." Ark said holding Verloren's hand and squeezing it. Verloren squeezed her's back.

"The hammer is thrown." Verloren said.

Motokume was shocked to hear Verloren say the words Ark said so often.

Luliana was the one to break the silence, "What do you mean the last day you have together? I thought you were getting married."

Verloren spoke this time. "We are getting married, but we have to be apart, mine will take a few months, three to be exact. I don't know how long Ark's will take."

Ark turned her head. Ark could not look at her guild leaders. "I was born chosen, not just to kill the Lich King, but for something else. I don't know what." Ark's chest heaved, she sighed heavily and held up her fist, in an attempt to hold back the tears.

"There will be a place for you when you come back. If you can come back." Moto said.

"Ark I really want you to come back." Luliana said, she was always the more openly emotional of the two. She wept as she came to both of them, and hugged them both.
"Ver I can't believe you and Ark aren't even going to be able to be together."

"Oh we will be, somehow, I don't know how, but this life is no fairy tale. I just hope we come through this and make it out the other side." Verloren started to tear.

"I wish you all the best, and I hope you will have a place for me when I get back. Your friendship has meant so much to me and I...I," that was as far as Ark got before she couldn't say anything. Nothing Ark could do would hold back the tears at this point.

Luliana and Moto walked over to do a group hug and uncharacteristically for a death Knight especially for Prime she came over after a brief hesitation and joined in the group hug.

Ark wiped the tears from her cheeks and says,"This is a wedding not a wake come on."

"Alright i have the music lets get this shindig started", says Moto.

"Ok places everyone. SOMEONE TELL THAT TAUREN TO STOP ATTACKING THE BRIDE ALREADY and to sit down." Luliana calls out getting everyone to sit and be quiet so they could get it ready.

Marewa attacked Verloren again only to find herself stunned by the bride and told to go sit down and be a good kitty. When Luliana asked if there were any objections to this marriage Marewa started shouting and throwing starfall every few mins. Verloren turned and glared at her friend and put her hands into Ark's to show Marewa this was something she wanted and any objections she had would fall on deaf ears.

It is a true Honor to be here today and I wish to give a few words before we begin. Verloren and Ark are the kind of people that are difficult to find. Their look on life and love is something that many of us look for but few ever find, and I can honestly say that i am one of the lucky ones to even get to know them as I have.

It is this love that shows us the true meaning of finding happiness. through the many trials of life we still seem to find it. Working through the many faults of one another is something that tests the love that bonds two people together through the reaches of time. Legends of lasting love have stood the test. Whether told from the ancient writings of Great dwarven Tomes or spoken of in the small villages of a human town. It's power has no limits on the heart. It can move a single person to topple an entire empire or its separation can cause two people to end their own life in its name.

Many now will say that love is a "leap"... If this is true then the steady footing on which one lands is the basis of a Marriage. Now my friends is the time for the joining of these two people...

Ark turned to Verloren, after a very pregnant pause started.

Verloren you were my competition
You became my confidant
You were my student
You became my teacher
You were my enmity
You became my rest my healer
You were my penance
You became my love

I, Arkadelphia, take you, Verloren,
my constant healer, partner, & friend,
to be my lawfully wedded wife,

Come times of strife
full of pain and sorrow
I vow to you to abide on the morrow.

By the Light that shines through our souls
I will remain whatever life doles
Now I vow to remain true and faithful

To honor these vows in good times and fateful
through weakness and strength, in hope and mirth
through times of plenty and times of dearth

I covenant to love and adore you
To be your guardian, your pillar in all that you do
I will honor your wishes and give your dreams wings

I will laugh with you, cry with you, in all that life brings
In what you ask my all will I give
I cherish you now for as long as we both shall live.

Verloren held herself together little better than Ark did, but she sighed not out of frustration, just the deep longing for more time together.

Our love shines through the night as bright as the sun.
We will follow each other to the ends of the world.
Today, as I give myself to you my mind is clear and
my commitment is strong and without reservation.
I take you to be my life's partner.
We have shared so much together.
You were first someone to heal.
You changed forms before my eyes.
You became my friend and my confident.
We shared our hopes and worrys.
I will stand by your side no matter the storms.
Love will shine through sickness or in health
For richer or for poorer in good times and bad.
I vow to always come to you when something bothers me.
Will run to you when i cant handle something alone.
I am no longer complete without you,
and I stand with you and only you forever from this day on.

Honbun spoke the next blessing on the couple.

I'll start this off right off the bat: even though i havent known ark that long but i've known verl from till i cant remember how i even met her i wish you the bestical best of lucky luck. I have know verl for so long that know she is like a third mother to me (sorry verl my bestest friend beat you to second) and like a older sister. I am very happy too see her getting married to a man who cares not about her looks but about her personallity. Their time together will be one for the books and they'd better go into books or else verl wont get any chicken nuggets from me. *insert wussy crying here* I was extremely happy to be the one who gave verl away since she is like family. My speech my not be as heart jerking as the other speeches but this is how i truly feel about this joyous day, may the naaru and the light bless your faces always.

Prime as First Knight gave his blessing to the happy couple.

To my friends - old and new.

It's an honor for me to be here to celebrate this very special day for Arkadelphia and Verloren.

Wise words once said "Don't ask one what is important to them, watch how they spend their time."
Since i have known Ark, I have watched her spend her time and i can see what is important to her.
It's Verloren. She has made Ark a happy soul, she has renewed her focus and has given Ark a new appreciation for love and life.

I havent known Ark and Ver my entire life but i have known them long enough to know that they are perfect for one another.

We have been through many trials together, but the one memory that sticks out the most when i look at Ark and Ver is our last stand at the frozen throne.

The qualities reflected in these moments will echo through the rest of their lives together.

I know beyond all doubt that everything they have been through together will carry them through anything that may stand in their way in the future.

I wish you both health and happiness and may the light embrace your marriage.

Dobby broke the reverie, the druid wasn't sure why the wedding had turned into such a somber event. "I think it's time for fireworks, now who has the launchers? I have to go soon, I have to work."

Ark handed out 6 stacks of fireworks to everyone who asked. Dobby had set up the firework launchers randomly but clustered together in a way where everyone could reach at least one.

The sky over Gilneas was lit like it was daylight in red, blue, green, and every color of the rainbow. The goblins didn't put on a show like this. Ark intended to show she loved Verloren. She wanted to burn the sky with their love, now she wanted to burn the earth as well. Ark needed Verloren to know that though they were apart, they would always be together.

Long before Ark ran out of fireworks, people headed to Greymane Manner. Verloren and Ark stood alone as Ark continued launching her love into the sky.

"Ark don't you think that is enough?" Prime asked.

"It will never be enough to show how much I love her Prime." Ark said with tears streaming down her face.

Prime headed up to the manner, she could still watch the fireworks from there, and the two lovers so soon torn apart was painful to watch. Even more so now that she and Moto had become lovers.

Ark continued what seemed an endless stream of fire into the sky, before Verloren finally stopped her one stack short of lauching all of her fire into the sky.

Verloren took Ark's face in her hand, looked her in the eye and said, "Ark we need to get to the manner, I want to be alone with you tonight, it is all the time we have, and I don't want to waste it."

Ark dropped a handful more fireworks turning to Ver after the last one fell and said," I know it wont change what must take place over the next few months, but i want everyone to see how much i love you. I just want to blow off the party and be alone with you for our last few days, but i know you will say we need to go. So we can celebrate this with them and so we can say our good byes to them as well."

"Ark I know, and more fireworks or less won't change the future." Verloren said.

Verloren and Ark mounted on their rocket with Ark driving. Verloren was a TERRIBLE driver running into EVERYTHING. They made their way up to the manner and halfway up met with Honbun,Prime and Dobby who had all come back to see what was taking them so long. Dobby was sure if she heard anything strange she would have ran until she saw no civilization. Honbun would have turned bright red and started stammering and Prime well she would of probably yelled GET A ROOM ALREADY....

Luliana announced the bridal party as they entered the manner. All of their many friends and guests were waiting. "And now for the first time in public Crusader Arkadelphia Arkaneena Delennai, and Matron Verloren Annabelle Delennai."

Ark and Verloren entered the manner house they had rented for the occasion hand in hand. They went to their table at the top of the stairs, and the toasts began. Auden brought several feasts, enough food to feed all of them several times over in fact.

Luliana toasted the couple.

I am glad to have know Ark and Ver for as long as I have. I Remember first healing with Ark in Naxxramas, and first seeing Ver heal with us. I wouldnt've imagined that I would be spending years healing and being the healer for Ark. She as well as Ver have become trusted friends and I am truely honored to have known them as I have. I can only hope that their marriage will be a long and happy for years to come.

Moto refused to be outdone by her sister, and gave her own toast.

There are many things I could say about this pair, but I truely dont know where to start. But I wanted to say something on their behalf, I owe them that much.

Ark and Ver are two peices of one puzzel. Their personalities compliment and complete one another. There isn't enough I can't say about them, but that their love for each other is amazing and truely unique. I envy that bond and admire their courage to be true to one another through sickness and health and being gathered here today makes me a bit emotional, but I wish them nothing but the best and may their love for one another be eternal and lasting. And if their is one thing I could say its one of my favorite quotes. "The greatest thing you'll ever learn in life is just to love and be loved in return."

Then everyone got in on the act, Dobby knew she couldn't stay long, but she wanted to cast her own blessing on the pair, in the hopes that somehow they would find happiness, after so much heartache.

To Ark and Ver may you always find happiness together. Ark when i first met Ver what drew me to her was she was blunt and funny. Yes she tells the truth and sometimes it hurts, but she always did it to be nice. Not to do it to hurt others. Ver when i first met Ark i didnt know what she thought of me and she didnt know what i thought of her. So what did you do? You asked me to speak freely of what i thought of and you named a few people. Which led Ark and i to have a deeper conversation later getting know eachother more. Ark you have found a real gem in Verloren. Verloren you have found someone equal in wit to yourself. I wish you both happiness and try to find a compass Verloren.

Honbun was patient, but she wanted to giver her own thoughts.

Arkie i have known Verl for a long time now. She runs in the wrong direction, screaming curses all the way, and pulling aggro like nuts, but that didnt phase you. Nope you got her to run to you and you grab all the aggro off her. Verl i have never seen you anticipate any tank like you have Ark or her you. You are more then a tank and healer combo. You two think as one person and sometimes you dont even have to say anything for the other to understand. I wish you both love and peace for all time. Ark watch out for Verl's tongue it can be deadly when she knows you cant eat something.

After everyone had their fill and then some of food and drink, the dancing began in earnest. The brides danced to a few songs, until they saw their guests were enjoying themselves thoroughly.

Ark took Verloren's hand and led her up to the mansion's balcony. They could look down and see the waves crashing below them against the side of the cliff face. Without thinking Ark and Ver stood on the railing, hand in hand.

"I know how you like to be up high, so I thought you would appreciate the view." Ark said inching along the railing until they stood side by side. Ark put her arm around Verloren's waist.

"I only enjoy them when you are with me to appreciate them." Verloren sighed, they should get back, but she didn't want this moment to end.

Ark and Verloren just looked at each other, both of them knowing neither want the moment to end. They looked over the edge admiring the view, they didn't notice the rain had made the balcony slick, nor would they have cared. Neither of them noticed their hooves rose a foot into the air.

"Hey we were admiring the view." Verloren said cross at Luliana for life gripping them out of the moment.

"Well uh your guests are wanting to cut the cake. You don't want them waiting." Luliana said, ignoring the fact that Honbun another priest had life gripped Ark from the railing as well. Luliana exchanged a knowing look at Honbun.

"Yeah Verl I want some cake. Verl the tauren is looking at me funny." Honbun said.

Ark knew what the priests must have thought. The pair just shrugged their shoulders, and went back downstairs.

Luliana tells everyone to clear the dance floor for the brides dance. Ark and Ver take their places in the middle of the floor and a spotlight come down upon them as the song From This Moment started to play. Ark took Vers hand and placed her hand around Ver's waist swaying in time to the music.

"After this lets go back to the Peak Ark", Verloren said as she leaned her head on Ark's shoulder thinking of the time they had left.

Ark and Verloren stayed a respectable amount of time after that, but once the guests started to leave, Ark and Verloren got onto Ark's mechanical rocket, and said their bittersweet goodbyes. No one knowing if or when either would return.

Ark was drunk with desire for Verloren by the time they reached the Peak. Verloren's words of desire, and what she was going to do to Ark, added to Ark's own needs and desires had made Ark lose control of her mount more than once. And unlike Nightscape her mechanical mount could not make corrections.

By the time she put away her mount she was steaming from the passion. The Peak was nearly deserted as they entered. Ark had never seen so few people in all her time there, not even in the dead of night. It wasn't until she reached her suite that she understood why.

Ladies,
I unnerstan ye'll be leaving us soon. Each ta yer own obligation. I've cleaned out tha Peak, and no one'll disturb ya. Take ma advice don't sleep. Love each other all night, ye can sleep on yer way ta yer obligations, thinking o' each other.

Liz

When Ark opened the door, she saw the soft lit candle lighting, food that Verloren would like and that wouldn't spoil readily laid out for their final night together perhaps forever.

Verloren and Ark took Aunt Liz's advice. They had spent months exploring each other and learning how each one liked to be touched, and where. Tonight they put all of their knowledge gained over the last few months to use. Tonight there was less reminiscing and more lovemaking. They made love until they were exhausted. They ate, they drank, and then one or the other began kissing or touching their lover and mate. Sleep could wait, except for brief occasional naps that lasted no longer than an hour at best.

The suite reaked of their love, every room in the house had seen their lovemaking. Every smooth surface, had touched their bodies. Everything they had dreamed of the last few months, they did with abandon for a night, a day, and one last night.

In the morning when their escorts came, they were both too tired to do anything but dress. They didn't even bother to wash themselves, what did it matter, it was a few more precious seconds apart. They kissed until they were pulled away from each other. Their escorts went in different directions.

A few weeks later Verloren was performing her healing duties for Sahalia, and once more she was sick. Verloren had been fine for the first few weeks, but now she got sick at the slightest little thing.

"I think I need to see a healer, I might have something." Verloren was concerned about her condition, she had never been squeamish. She had seen plenty of blood, why was everything even a smell bothering her to the point of vomiting now.

"A healer can't fix what ails you Verloren, well not yet at least." Sahalia was very matter of fact, and always cut right to the quick.

"So I am going to die then?" Verloren was afraid now she wouldn't even see the guild again let alone Ark.

"No silly, you're pregnant." Sahalia said, getting up, "Now continue with your duties as best you can, pregnancy is not a disease or an illness, and it will pass, get over it."

"I believe my sister is going to have twins Sahalia. Oh and Verloren, Bel is off with Dobby I thought you would like to know our sister is in good hands.", says Vergy who had eyes and ears outside listening for anything that would keep Verloren's spirits up.

Verloren placed a hand on her stomach where she hoped it was true that Ark's children were there. Verloren bottom lip shook worrying about Ark's safety in the months to come. Missing her and saddened they hadn't had longer together. But she would always have a remembrance, her children, Ark's children would always be a keepsake.

The More Things Change, The More They Stay the Same

Verloren awoke with a start hearing Ark crying out in her sleep. Ver was still exhausted from the change from human to Draenei. She also still had to come to terms with her brother being alive and being kept by those people. She remembered all that had been said around her while she slept. She had many friends to thank for making it possible for her to be Draenei. She also had to find a way to help her friends get out of the shadow proclomation alive.

"VERLOREN, VERLOREN NO!!! YOU CAN'T TAKE HER. I WON'T LET YOU TAKE HER." Ark was able to move and sat straight up in bed.

"Ark, Ark, it's okay. It's okay. I am right here." Verloren said. She was laying next to Ark touching her, and holding her like always. "I am right here."

"I don't have time for Sahalia's games." Ark said turning to leave and follow the trail before it grew cold.

"Ark it's me. They changed me." Verloren said. She could tell Ark didn't believe her since she looked to where Lucy was. The eye of Kilrogg still stood guard and Lucy was sleeping.

"Prove it." Ark said with fear and hope in her eyes.

"Ark after Lord Melchar took you and I got you back I brought you here." Verloren said.

"Plenty of people knew that if not then they do by now," Ark said with more uncertainty than ever.

"Ark I won't make you leave the sunrise at the Peak. I love it here." Verloren held up her ring. Her precious soulbound ring, a ring with few equals anywhere. "You gave this to me that day, and I promised to give you myself, and a life at the Peak."

"Verloren?" Ark was astonished.

Lucy slept soundlessly even with Ark yelling at the top of her lungs. Everyone else piled in the door as soon as they could.

"Am I pretty?" Verloren asked.

Tears streamed down Ark's face as she pulled Verloren close to her. "You were always pretty to me Verloren, and you always will be."

Before Luliana, Moto, Honbun, Bel or any of the others could exclaim over Verloren's transformation Dobby transforms from her her cat fight form into her Worgen form. The druid walked over to the chair Lucy slept in and splashed a bucket of water over the warlock's sleeping form. Lucy woke up sputtering and roaring about who dared wake her in such a fashion.

"Get up these two need to be alone" The now soggy Lucy left the room grumbling threats at Dobby. The others followed. As she left the room Dobby said "nice tail, your not half bad looking.....for a Draenei".

Verloren smiled at Dobby's retreating back thankful to be left fully alone with Ark once more. Verloren turned to Ark to see her staring at her in wonder.

"You don't look so fragile now Verbear.", says Ark holding Ver close and bringing her breathing back to normal after that nightmare.

"Never meant to look fragile in my life Arkadelphia, but do you really like my new look? I'm not vain or self centered, but I feel weird in this new body. How long did it take you to get used to being like this too?", Ver asked cuddling into Ark's arms loving their new and fuller lifetime together. More of a lifetime together now then if she had remained a human.

"I don't know it did take awhile, but you won't be alone I will be right here beside you. And I will remind you when you aren't speaking common." Ark kissed Ver on her lips.

"I remember everything that happened last night. Bandaide and Sabelwine took me from our bed. Wendy talking to me in my mind as she switched my spirit into this form. Soulsrmine calling my brother Vergy forward to determine truths. My brother is alive to do that for them. Bel outside waiting to see if i would be returned as promised. Sahalia's wish to bring her mate to the perfect body, but not finding it at all. I remember being laid back in this bed and your arms coming around me holding me tight." Verloren recounted the bizzare events of the previous night in as clear a way she could.

"HEY LET ME IN THERE DOBBY!!! THATS MY SISTER!!!", Beldonna roared. She was trying to sprint past Dobby, but having no luck in the matter as both druids were very fast on their feet.

Lucy was still soaked to the bone and had grabbed some dry clothing. Luliana and Moto were discussing the change they had seen and wondering how long it would take Verloren to start healing again. Honbun was sitting on a chair looking out the window remembering Verloren as a human. It was going to be different now that she was Draenei too. She couldn't hold anything over Ver's head and toy with her height anymore.

"The natives are getting restless and want to see your new form, but I want to keep you to myself for a while Verbear." Ark said settling back in the bed pulling Verloren down to her side and relishing the new form her mate had. Now she was looking forward to exploring it, even more, once Ver was ready.

Inner thoughts, Decision made

In Verlorens head

Is Ark nuts of couse i want to be a draenei like she is, but will she love me in my new form? What of my sister and my family those who love me? Will they accept me after ive changed? I will have to watch as they grow old and die. Am i prepared to watch that and to meet new people after? I love Ark with all that i am, but am i really going to change forms and still be me? *sighs* Of course i will be me, but will people accept the change i choose so i can stay with my love? Oh i wish Bel were here so i could be sure that nothing would change. She had gone from Night Elf to Worgen, but i still love her. She's my twin and we share a bond that didnt change with her changing. So maybe it wont if i change, but what of my parents? They came back into my life but a short time ago. Can i really change forms and expect them to be ok with it? Why do i care what they think? They took to the hills and were fighting the Scourge when i was growing up and werent there for me. Cuge was there for me though. The biggest question that i need an answer to Ark can give me.

"Will Ark like me in my new form?",asks Ver aloud not meaning to say it outloud for fear of the answer.

"Verbear i would like nothing better then for you to be one if you so choose, but it is your choice. I will love you no matter what you are or arent.",replies Ark pulling Ver into her arms.

Noise heard outside

Bel walks into the room with her parents. Looking around the room and could tell something intense had just happened. Bel thinks to herself,"Great i leave for a few days for a honeymoon my twin radar goes up telling me somethings wrong and Ver looks like something is wrong. Please no crying this time please."

"Ok something told me i needed to come find Ver and that she may need our parents. If im wrong then i will leave now.", says Bel looking directly at Verloren with a look no one in the room could figure out.

Ver bites her lower lip. Telling Bel she was changing into a new form wasnt easy, but having her parents there too was gonna make it a little harder. She had figured out her answer when Ark pulled her into her arms.

"Ark many years back wanted to be Dranei. So she made a deal to become one, but when Icecrown Citadel happened she became one without their help. They want a human body and well i have one. In exchange for my body i will become a Dranei like Ark is now.",says Ver waiting for Bel to go feral on her or her parents to start in on why she shouldnt do something like this.

"Verloren i gave birth to you, but you have always followed your own path or making one where there wasnt one already. You proved to your father and I that you can handle yourself and that you can lead. Yes i know you rather not lead, but when forced to you did a very good job at it. We will love you no matter your choice. You found your mate and if you want your life spans to be the same so you can be with eachother that much longer then go for it.", says Cyncyn knowing that was what was troubling her daughter. Cyncyn had stopped Blood from speaking his mind. He always mucked it up when it came to his girls. He meant well, but the words never came out the way they should. The times they did were few and far between. Verloren was special in her own way as Bel was in hers.

Bel looked to her twin and starts laughing."No one will call us twins anymore. We shall look so different from eachother, but no matter what form either of us takes it wont break our bond.", says Bel always knowing where her sisters thinking was when Ver thought of them.

"By the way who is them?", asks Blood wondering if his daughter knew they would love her no matter what she was. He had hoped she would lead, but she didnt think she was leader material. Which in Blood's opinion she was leader material, but wouldnt force her to do something she didnt want to do. He had made her be a leader when the scourge took over and even though they had made it to Stormwind and had been divided to different areas Verloren had remained a leader of her people.

"The Shadow Proclimation is who Verbear is referring to. It was dark times back then and i didnt expect to still be alive and it was before i knew your wonderful, kind, loving daughter, sir", says Ark wrapping her arms around Verloren and talking to Blood looking straight into his eyes.

"Your mixed up with them?!?!?!?!?!?!? Of all the bone headed things you could do Arkadelphia and to not bring it up long before now??? What were you thinking to keep it silent this long???", asks Cyn in a deadly silent voice belying how she felt inside.

"Mother she forgot about the whole thing untill they sent her mail. Which kinda baffles me as she not only changed forms, but her name is different too.",says Ver wondering how they had contacted her.

"Ok so you are becoming Dranei. Have you gotten all the wedding plans sorted and getting them all complete. If you need help just tell us and we shall be there to help.", says Bel starting to usher her parents out before anything else was said. Ver when angry was not something Bel wanted to see again.

Ver looks around the room and nods."If they allow me to become Dranei does anyone have any objections to it?", asks Ver just wanting to know her friends were behind her.

Hon just started laughing before saying,"I have always wanted to see you as a Dranei with a tail that i could yank. As you have yanked mine plenty of times to get me out of trouble."

Dobby had by now recovered and was in kitty form licking a paw. She looked up sighs and transforms into her human form. "Ver you stick by me through thick and thin. You do that with all in this room. You want to be big and blue ok be big and blue. Just no using your tail to steal my drinks.",says Dobby before becoming a kitty again just in case Ver threw something at her for the last part.

Lucy just nodded. Luliana rolled her eyes and nodded thinking Ver shouldnt be asking if they were ok with her changing. Prime changed so much none of them knew what she would be next time they saw her. Feenta just shrugged as he didnt know Ver well enough to really care one way or the other. Ark wouldnt give an answer it was whatever she decided.

"So when do they come and do you think they would take my body and let me have the body intended for you?",asks Ver wishing they knew if they would or not. So her hopes wouldnt get dashed.

"They will come in the night. Im pretty sure they will take your body as i am what i wanted to be", says Ark nuzzling Ver on the neck.

"Lets all get some sleep hhmm? We dont know when they shall come and im pretty sure if we all stay here they will think we are trying to keep them from doing this.", says Lucy to Ark motioning for the others to follow her out and waving to Ark and Ver as she ushered everyone else out.

It had been a very long day for both Ark and Ver. Ver could tell Ark was still somewhat worried. Was it over the body thing or did she think Ver was mad at her for forgetting this? Ver placed a hand on Ark's arm pulling her back so it could be resolved now instead of later.

"Ark im not angry at you for forgetting something like this. It happened before we knew eachother. Im sure i probably did something before we met that ive forgotten to mention to you and no i dont know at this point in time WHAT it might be. If you are worried about them switching your body instead of mine. Well we will find a way for me to be Dranei as well.", says Ver holding Ark's cheek and lookin up into her eyes.

"Lucy's right we should get some sleep. Ver im worried that they may switch you and you may leave me to be with another.", says Ark with some worry threading her words.

Ver shakes her head and steps in close to Ark breathing in deep."Ark i want this change to be with you for all times and who says it shall be me who leaves? It could be you find another female to love more then me and then i shall have to murder the other female just to make it clear i wont allow you to leave me.", says Ver whose facial expressions always gave her away. She was both assuring Ark and was getting mad just thinking her mate would think she'd leave just becuase she had a different form.

Ark raises both hands in defeat. She knew when to push her Verbear's buttons and when to back away slowly. Ver was telling her with her eyes she was going no where and Ark believed her. She was foolish to think Ver would leave just for having a new body and Ver made sure she knew it. Ark placed an arm around Ver's waist and they walked over to their home to sleep.

Middle of the night

The Shadow Proclimation sent two of their own to get Arkadelphia. Their scrolls had her new name and where she lived. Bandaide went in first to see that all was silent and this one hadnt gotten attached to her body like the last few had. He was still healing from the last fight with a dwarf that hadnt wanted to give her body up to become a gnome female. *sighs* Such is the life with these people. Bandaide turned and waved his hand.

The Shadow Proclimation didnt just send those of the same faction to claim these bodies. It was always an alliance and a horde. That way if one of their agents either side goes soft of the sob stories they heard as to why they couldnt give their bodies anymore they could dispose of the other faction and take the person in so they could do their job.

The alliance that had come with Bandaide was Sabelwine. Both had lied to their superiors in The Shadow Proclimation. They knew Verloren and had heard of her mate. They knew she was Dranei already. Sabelwine from talking to Honbun also knew Verloren wished to be as well. So they would take Verloren in the night and ask her if she wished to be. If the answer was yes then she would be one, but it would have to be understood she had to say she was Ark.

Sabelwine walked up the stairs and opened the door to the room Ark and Ver occupied. Sabel thanked the God's those two were decent in nightgowns. Bandaide walked into the room right to where Verloren slept. Ark had her in her arms. Sabelwine moved Ark's arms slowly making it seem Ver was gettin out of bed to go to the bathroom. Bandaide picked up Verloren and started out of the room. They made their way down the stairs and were about to go out the door when they heard a growl behind them. They turned around and saw a druid cat growling at them.

"Bel you will get your sister back. We shall see to it. We just want her to be happy and we know she wishes to be a Dranei just like her mate. We lied to our superiors and face our own deaths if this ever came to light. They dont do these sort of things. If they knew Ark was already Dranei they would of still taken her and tossed her into a new body. Switched her into a dwarf or a human. This way they get their human body and Verloren becomes what she wants. Please dont follow and dont wake anyone up. Verloren will be returned by morning.", pleads Sabelwine hoping Bel stopped growling and let them do their job.

Bel walks out the door before them changing into flight form,"If she isnt brought back i shall hunt you both down and kill you myself."

Bandaide and Sabelwine took Verloren back with them to The Shadow Proclimation's headquarters. It was in Shok' Thokar in Desolace. They didnt have to worry about boats. All they had to do was make it out of the Peak and up to Light's Hope where they would check in with a contact. The contact didnt know Verloren or Ark so they were fairly sure to get away with this. From there they would all be summoned to the headquarters.

Bandaide and Sabelwine would wait until the process was done and return the new body to the Peak. This time by mage port to Iron Forge and then fly until they reached the Peak. They both hoped this worked. Ver had helped them both in ways they could never repay her for.

Sabelwine had been questing in Darkshore and been attacked by the wildlife and been dying when Verloren rode up on her charger and slayed the animals and healing her back to health. Verloren had stayed and helped her with several quests before returning to help others in her guild. Sabelwine had never known why Verloren had been over there in the first place, but was grateful she had been there to help.

Bandaide had being a horde had wandered into Darnassus to explore the island and had repeatedly been killed. No one had noticed he only was running around exploring. NNNNOOOO they saw horde and decided to call in all the big guns to take him down. Verloren had sat back and watched from a far as she had been exploring and noticed he hadnt killed any of the gaurds or quest givers. She talked her own faction into leaving him alone. It wasnt easy to do as some really liked killing horde.

Reaching Light's Hope Bandaide salutes his contact and Sabelwine bows to hers. The contacts nod to eachother and send a whisper thru the winds and Sabel, Bandaide and Verloren disappear. When they appeared at their destination Verloren still slept. They hadnt woken her to ask. They just knew that this was meant to be. Sabelwine takes her to the room where a female Dranei was waiting to switch into a human form.

The warlock that was overseeing this was someone Sabelwine hoped they could fool or at the very least get to do the switch even though it wasnt really the person they were to bring in.

Wendaphne had grown up with Verloren since both of their homes had been taken by the scourge. Wendy had lost it all. Verloren had thought she had until one day her sister Bel had found her and then they had found their parents. Their brother had been alive, but had died at Icecrown Citadel or had he? Sabelwine had heard rumors in The Shadow Proclimation of them bringing Vergy back to life and that he worked their in the headquarters.

Wendy looked down at the table she resided over and saw the body under her hands. She knew who it really was and knew who was supposed to be here. Wendy looked up from the table at the two agents wondering if she really wanted to kill them now or find out why they had brought her best friend to her. Verloren didnt know she had become apart of this group. She had joined it to bring her family back from the other side, but after a few years waiting she had a dream of them and knew it was better to let them go, but by that time she had been in the fold so long she didnt think there was a way out other than death. Wendy had found out a few tricks there. She could talk to the people without anyone overhearing them.

"Verloren you are at The Shadow Proclimation headquarters. No dont move and dont open your eyes. Also speak through your mind.", says Wendy concentrating on speaking to her before something bad happens.

"Oh good i was taken. Ark is already Dranei and we are married in the Wildhammer way and soon in the human way. I want to be Dranei like she is. She totally forgot about this until the letter came. Please let me be Dranei. Wendy what are you doing here anyway? Please say they are switching your body too.", says Ver half hoping that her friend was there just for that and not a part of all of this, but fearing that Wendy had joined them thinking to bring her family back.

"Shush Ver im going to change you into a Dranei and yes im pretty sure you guessed it. I came here to bring my family back, but i had a dream and i let them go finally. I realize that physically they are gone, but they live on in my heart and in my mind. I have a new family now. Its you and the people that are close to me. Im sorry i didnt see it sooner.", says Wendy as she placed a hand on Ver's stomach pulling her spirit out as the other warlock was doing with the Dranei. The spirits couldnt touch or they may switch minds or they may always have the others memories, but not their own.

Wendy and the other warlock walked in a wide circle around the other placing the spirit of the person in their hands into the bodies they were intended to go. What was weird was taking Ver out a light brighter then any Wendy had ever seen had come with her. That light hung in the air not going in with Ver's spirit. The door opened and a male human came walking in. He stopped in his tracks seeing his sister's body. He saw the light and knew what it was. Vergy came forward cupping his hands around the light and cupped it in his hands. He placed his hands palm down forcing the light into the Dranei's body knowing that was where his sister now resided.

"The light never leaves us. It follows us where ever we go. Its how our families have always come to help those in need even when we dont know they are in need of it. May the light always shine on you, my sister.", says Vergy turning to walk out the room, but before he could take two steps the other warlock named Soulsrmine who was horde grabbed Vergy by the arm turning him back. He also knew Verloren and had thought it strange. He wanted answers now.

"Why did Sabel and Bandaide bring her here instead of Arkadelphia? Why did Wendy not speak up when she saw this disregard for our rules? She is senior to me. So i couldnt speak up about this. Vergy bringing you back made it so you can only determine the truth of the matter. Find out what it is here and now.", says Soulsrmine fearing having to get the ones who did the death penalties.

"My sister is here becuase she wants to be a dranei. Arkadelphia was turned into one at Icecrown Citadel. Which i kept from all of you in hopes that this was the result. Ive heard of my sister's love for her mate and Ark's love of Ver so i was pretty sure she would want to be a Dranei. Yes i determine the truth, but i do it in my own way and can twist it to meet my own agenda. Sabel and Bandaide owe something to my sister they feel can not be repaid. Wendy didnt speak becuase Ver wished this to happen. Also becuase Wendy and Ver are best friends.", says Vergy with a smirk knowing that the spirits couldnt be put back now since they had already been switched.

"Verloren is a good friend, but we could all be killed if word of this gets to....",says Soulsrmine trailing off as the door opened to admit the one he feared this coming to light to.

Sahalia walked in looking around. She had heard everything and had watched them take her from Ark's arms as well. She could kill them all and show everyone that the rumors were true or she could let this woman be Dranei and live happily with her love. For what did she really care since this Verloren had given her human form to the Dranei willingly. If she hadnt been well the spirits changing bodies would of been tougher. Sahalia had once been in love. Thats how the body switching had all started. Her love had been killed by Arthas and turned into a death knight. She had thought if she could put his spirit in another it would be alright. Instead her loves spirit was stuck in limbo and she kept searching for the perfect body for him. She could hear him at times. Right now she heard him tellin her to send this woman back to her mate. To show kindness to one that didnt hurt anyone unless provoked. Sahalia turned around to leave the room.

"Vergy i have kept you here a for almost a year now. Leave with your sister if you wish and remember all you learned here. Wendy, Souls, Bandaide and Sabelwine i shall speak with you about this later. I can understand wanting to help a friend and my love applauds that you had the gumption to go through even fearing the wrath i can unleash on you, but remember this if it happens again i wont think twice about killing each and every one of you.", says Sahalia closing the door behind her tryin her best to hide her smile at the thought of all of them trying to hide the fact the one who wanted the change was already changed so had in fact changed the mate in her place. They thought they could pull a fast one on her which made her want to laugh even more.

Everyone in the room let out a breath none of them knew they had been holding. Verloren still slept. Which was good. It was better when the people they switched didnt wake. Bandaide went to pick her up, but Vergy moved in picking his big sister up. Bandaide led the way out with Sabelwine falling in behind. Vergy went as far as the entrance and turned handing Verloren over to Bandaide.

"Im staying here. I am better off serving Sahalia in finding the right body for her mate. Then returning home and taking leadership when Lanier and Bel are the right ones for it.", says Vergy turning to reenter the building, but stops and stares at a mountain side and said,"Looks like Bel didnt trust you would bring our sister back."

Bandaide and Sabelwine look and sure enough Bel came down out of the mountains and circled him sniffing him and started growling. "Hello sister yes its me and yes she's fine. Now go before Sahalia changes her mind and decides to put her in a frogs body. I will come and visit at some point in time.", says Vergy shooing them.

Bel placed Ver's new body on her back and ran with her all the way to Rachet. Bandaide and Sabelwine followed her. Once they reached the boat and was in Booty Bay Bel turned into a bird and had Ver placed on her back. Sabelwine was also a druid and picked up Bandaide to make the long flight to the Peak. it would be morning in a few hours. Once they landed in the Peak Bel took Ver up to Ark and laid her back in bed. Once Ver was back in the bed Ark had her arms around her and held her close.

Talking....The Good, The Bad and The Honest

Ver and Ark went into the Lion's Pride in Goldshire. Ark was apprehensive, this time of night Goldshire was a cesspool akin to the Undercity, but Verloren insisted.

Verloren paid for a room, and they went upstairs to find an empty one. The Lion's Pride had no doors, this part of Stormwind had no shame at all it seemed to Ark. But the pair sat up all night talking and asking questions of each other.

Jaq followed them unseen. Mopping up what turned out to be Twilight Dragons controlling Moonwood proved all too easy for agents of their skill. The dragons had trained them too well. So Jaq took to keeping tabs on her daughters when time and missions permitted. Jaq saw them go upstairs. 'Well if this was the life her daughter wanted,' Jaq thought to herself. Sure Jaq could have made a better choice, and maybe she would when the moment was right.

Jaq heard them talking and she retreated outside. She was glad they were talking and not running from each other. Jaq knew Ver wouldn't care about looks. Ark was foolish and more than a little vain. Jaq now saw a bit of what a gem in Ark had her mate. For her daughter's peace Jaq went outside and cleared Goldshire of the duelers and other unsavory types to give them a quiet place to work things out. After getting her daughter mixed up with Pluvalion it was the least she could do.

Jaq shooed the horde away from this little city as well.
She doubted either would know what she had just done for them. Nor did she really want a thanks for it. She just wanted to make up for all her crimes and this was only a fraction of what she could do for at least one of her girls.

Jaq thought of Ark's father from time to time. He had been her first and only marriage. Her daughters didnt share the same father. She had been betrothed to the man since birth. She had felt giving him one child should be enough from his loins. Ark's father well he hadnt always been a good man. Jaq turned and scared the ever loving shit out of two duelers who fled screaming to Stormwind.

Jaq looked up at the Inn and saluted it. Her daughter in law really had balls to stay with Ark this long and to always chase after her daughter. She was blunt and straight forward not sugar coating anything for anyone. Jaq admired Verloren now for being gutsy and so loyal to those she felt deserved her loyalty. Jaq was impressed with how Ark had turned out as well. It was too bad her adoptive mother had died in Icecrown Citadel or she would of thanked her for all she had done. Verloren really did know how to hit the right spots. She had ripped Jaq a new one every time seeing her. Jaq hoped one day that she could have a relationship with her and her daughters.

Jaq heads off to the Peak to speak to Aunt Liz. This was a long time in coming. She needed to thank the dwarf for all she had done by Ark's side. Raising her as her own and all that it entailed. Jaq normally wouldnt stoop to thanking anyone or even admitting she was wrong, but in this she felt there was a need if she even thought to have any contact with her children. She needed to make peace with all of her children's adoptive families, friends and spouses. Was her job cut out for her. She had done such a good job of becoming very hated. Now she wanted everyone to like her.

Before she went there though. She had to stop at Ebon Hold. There she still had to act a certain way or they would all think she had gone soft. That would not be a good thing. It would mean another death knight might challenge her and take her head. So there she had to act like her old self and make sure those there feared and despised her for the time being. If she ever had a relationship with anyone outside that place then she would figure out how to keep her head and keep people from challenging her with whatever she did.

Ark asked about Verloren's childhood, what it had been like. Ark wanted to know what it was like to know your birthparents. What was it like to feel so loved? What was it like to not have to worry about being woken up in the middle of the night by your mother's drunk boyfriend, while the real daughter got to sleep peacefully? What was it like to know you were safe as a child?

Ver had her head in Ark's lap and talked about her childhood. Verloren had been misunderstood and hurt by others. She had always been different from other children. Ver talked about how she was sick as a child, some things healers could fix, others, she had to learn to live with. She didn't ask to be different. She spoke of the few friends she had. She spoke of all the different hobbies she had done to keep her from hitting rock bottom emotionally. She had been raised with loving parents and supportive siblings in all that she did. Sometimes they were a little too overprotective, but that was out of love. Ver remembered all the times she questioned why this was happening or that, but in all of it she never really lost faith. If she had she wouldn't be here today. Ark was very glad Ver had never given into temptation and taken her life.

Ver asked Ark about the peak and living among another race.

When Ark spoke of her childhood in the peak she spoke of how it seemed neither her sister, nor other children wanted her around for being different. Ark spoke of how she found books to be more interesting than people at times and her love of riding.

Ark spoke of dark times. Times where her mother's boyfriend hit her with little to no provocation. The time a family member came into her room at night when she was only 7, and did unspeakable things to a child so young. Ark's hands and body shook as she told Verloren this. Ark's voice cracked, but Verloren just let her talk. Ark started clenching and unclenching her fists. Digging her nails into her hands. Verloren let her talk, but pressed her hand into Ark's and intertwined her fingers with Ark's. There was nothing Verloren could say. She couldn't fix this pain, but she could listen. Sometimes listening was the best healing power there was.

Ark asked Ver something that no one had asked her in a long time. Why did people treat her differently?

Her looks were of average appearance. She had a personality that anyone that gave her a chance would like. She didn't judge people too hastily. Ark didn't understand why people treated her different.

Ver's answer was simple. People treat those who are different as if they were something to shy away from. Society has taught us this again and again. Ver learned to deal with it by taking up hobbies. She read, wrote stories, rode horses, went to church and was active in it growing up. She may not have had many friends her own age, but she had the wisest friends around in her elders.

Ver asked Ark about all the unique things she had done in her life.

Ark said her life was not all that glamorous. She wouldn't explain what she meant and Ver didn't push as Ark was entitled to her privacy at times. Instead she asked about Ark's old scars, the one on her wrists, arms, and legs.

"Don't ask questions you don't want to know the answers to my love." Ark looked at the wall as if this was something to be ashamed of.

"Did your mother's boyfriends..." Ver started.

"No I did those. I used to cut myself. In a strange way it made me feel better. There wasn't much I could do about the beatings in the night, but I could control the pain. I could control the depth. It made me feel there was something in my life I was in charge of Ver." Ark played with Verloren's hair and stared out the window at nothing in particular.

"You don't do it anymore do you?" Ver asked.

Ark half smiled and half frowned, "Not since you became such a big part of my life, not on purpose anyway. Sometimes when I get stressed I dig in my fingernails, but that's about it."

Before Ark could ask her a question Ver decided it was time to tell Ark about ICC. Not to make Ark feel guilty, but because she wanted no secrets between them.

"Ark I thought of going into Icecrown Citadel and ending it then and there, because I thought you had left me." Ver admitted. Shame in her voice as she looked down away from Ark.

Ark's mouth opened and closed a few times, but she finally gathered herself enough, "Don't you EVER do that. I will live longer then I have a right to in this form. I have whats left of your life to be with you. Don't you ever take your life for granted. You mean so much to me and to so many others. Verbear never think about taking your own life when it is so short already. I wish you were a Draenei as well so we would have more time together, but if we tried making you one it could mean I lose you to the Eredar."

Ark sighed, "No matter if I run off, always believe I will come back to you. We are married for better or for worse. Lets hope the worst is behind us because I don't think I could stand much more of those beatings or being separated from you for so long again. I don't even know how I will stand it after you leave me. Your life span is that short my love. You will age and I will stay young for the rest of your life. It will look at one point that i robbed the cradle. Promise me that you will never think to take your life again and if something happens and we are separated again that you take care of yourself. I want you to stay healthy. I want you to live forever."

Ark gestured with her hands trying to convey her words even more emphatically. Ver just grabbed her arms and wrapped them around her.

"As long as your arms are around me then I know I'm wanted by someone for myself. Many people want me for my healing, but only you want me for who I am." Ver was content to be in Ark's arms even if it means enduring a lecture, but this one had a huge effect on her.

Ver was near to tears. She hadn't thought of their life spans. Ark was tougher then she was. She doubted that if Ark went before her she would be able to function, but she knew Ark would be able to. Ark was soft when it came to her, but Ver knew that when it came time Ark would shed tears and mourn her passing, but would be able to carry on because Ver would always be with her in her heart. As Ark would be in hers if the worst came to pass.

Ver and Ark asked questions back and forth through the night. Until they fell asleep in each other's arms. Ver wasn't the first one awake the next morning. When she awoke it was to see Ark up on one arm leaning over her and watching her. Ver smiled. For the first time in a long time she was looking right at her mate and not off alone anymore. She felt whole again.

"Ver are you sure you still want to be with me? Even though I look like this?" Ark put a self conscious hand to a scar under her right eye. "I mean have you really looked at me?"

Ver rested her hand on Ark's and said, "If you want to look like your old self it will take time to heal you, but I don't care if you have scars on your body that show. It tells others you fought and won. It also serves as a testament to our love. No scars can get in the way of our love for each other."

Ark gives Ver a look of doubt and gets a pillow tossed at her head. Ver didnt know how else to show Ark that she meant what she said so she just sat up in bed and kissed Ark. When she broke the kiss she said, "I wouldn't have come back if a few scars were all it took to scare me off." Ver tossed another pillow at Arks head for being so foolish.

Ark caught the pillow and tossed it back at Ver. "So my scars won't scare you off, but the idea that I was leaving had you take to the hills?" Ark needed to know if anything else would send Ver running.

"You leaving is the only thing that can send me running, or a threat on your happiness." Ver said looking right into Ark's eyes as she did. She made sure Ark knew that she wasn't going anywhere now.

"I may leave, but I always come back now don't I?" Ark wondered if Ver would take off every time she went to do something.

"Yes, but most of the time it's because you let your anger fester inside then take off God knows where without a by your leave. I never know if you left for good or if you're coming back. Another thing is you taught me to fight, yet whenever I try to take on a someone myself you take them and don't let me finish the job. I love you Ark I truly do, but let me fight some battles myself. I need to show I am not some fragile doll going to break at the first signs of trouble. If I have to find a warlock to make me a draenei even risking becoming an Eredar I would do it if it means you lay off and let me fight. You said so yourself I'm getting better at defending myself." Ver said. She didn't want to fight, but she also didn't want Ark to treat her like a china doll anymore.

"Ver I am a tank and your wife. I don't want my soft taco getting hurt if I can prevent it. I know I said you are getting better, and you are, but I can't bear to see you hurt. I will try to back off a little, but don't expect miracles." Ark wondered if it were possible to turn Ver into a china doll without being murdered for it, but then she would be too small to do anything and Ark had plans for their honeymoon.

Ver looked out the window it wasn't too late in the morning and she wondered if they were even going to leave the room that day. Ver started asking Ark about professions she has or had held in the past. Ark started laughing and said they would be there all day. Ver settled into Ark's side and listened as she spoke of all the professions she had held. When Ark finally finished it was evening and Ark asked Ver of one wish she would make if she could.

Ver thought it over for a little while and couldn't really think of much. She had the best guild around. She had a mate and she had her family. So she shrugged her shoulders and said, "being with you forever."

Ark gave her a look and Ver sighs,"to be accepted for who i am. Not only by those I love, but by people who just meet me to not instantly judge me." Ark knew that to be as true an answer as Ark was ready to give and didn't push anymore.

Ver asks Ark about her first impression of her. Considering she took a shiney she was sure Ark had had a few very not nice thoughts about her.

"Well you took my shiney. I thought 'that bitch took my shiney from me.' Then I see you in a raid later on, and you were my healer so I had to play nice. Seeing how you healed me I could tell you were good, but you had more potential. You needed a mentor. You were so inexperienced and hearing how no other pally took the time to speak to you as an equal I wondered why. You didn't seem dumb and you don't seem so now so no throwing anything at me woman." Ark ducked a pillow.

"I was nervous at first talking to you, and helping you get better at healing. I thought you would take offense and we would lose a healer. How was i supposed to know that would bring us so much closer and that you would be my mate?" Ark smiled thinking how it all started with Ver taking a shiney.

Ver smiled at Ark who was holding her in her arms as they laid on the bed. They hadn't left the room all day and all they'd been doing is talking. Well there had been some kisses, but nothing more then that. Ver had been sure Ark would have exploded hearing her say she had been going to end her life at the frozen throne after she took off. But Ark kinda went off by making it clear about their life spans and how Ver took for granted the time they had left together. Ark also made it clear that yes she left sometimes, but always came back. Well she would have to leave less often now. Ver was so not putting up with her leaving just because someone pissed her off and she didn't wanna talk. This was not how people treat their mates, and it was not how Ver was raised, however Ark may have been.

Ark held Ver in her arms and hoped Ver actually kept her word and wouldn't try to take her life again. She was glad Ver didn't do it because she heard Ark's voice. That showed no matter what the future held Ver had Ark firmly in her mind and her heart and she would always hear Ark when danger was around the corner. Ark had to chuckle at Ver having her voice in her head telling her not to do dangerous things when at times Ark didn't heed her own advice and dove in head first.

Ver sat up a little and said, "Guilds calling us. They want us to do a heroic. I'm still a little nervous in doing them. My mana is an issue and my spells are still being worked out and...." Ver trailed away as Ark silenced her with a finger to the mouth.

"Ver you will be just fine. I don't complain about a few problems when you are trying your best. Plus it's always funny watching Luliana or Moto start talking to themselves. If you want to heal the heroic fine we will go, but if you don't then we will stay here and talk some more." Ark hoped Ver chose talking, as she loved talking to her Verbear, but at the moment her Ver needed to gain some confidence in her healing. Ark also needed to gain some confidence in her tanking heroics.

So Ark raised an eye brow for Ver's verdict and had her answer when Ver equipped all her gear and joined a group with Luliana, Moto and Fred. Ark wasn't far behind in joining the group.

They went into Grim Batol where Ver healed the best she could and kept moving, but Forgemaster Throngus kept stomping them until they were all exhausted from trying. They called it a night and everyone told Ver and Ark that they had done a great job. The boss was just a bitch to kill and had more support than anyone expected.

After leaving the group Ark and Ver went up to the peak and talked more. From the fears they'd had while the other wasnt around to what they wanted for the future. In all of this Ark sat closer and closer to Ver until they were in eachother's laps.

Ver was the one to make the first move. She took Ark's face into her hands and kissed her fully on the lips. She didnt hold back. She put all her passion into that one kiss leavin no doubt in Ark's mind how much Ver wanted her.

"Um didnt you want to wait for our wedding night?",asks Ark thinking they had gotten married already by wildhammers standards.

"Yes i did, but we have been seperated so many times. We are already married. You are just giving me the white dress and walk down the aisle wedding that every female has dreamed of growing up.", replies Ver who wasnt a frills kind of female, but she still had dreamt of one day marrying.

Ark kept holding back thinking Ver would change her mind. Ver cuddled up close to Ark and placed her hand on Ark's hip. Ver was very nervous as she had never done this before, but she wanted to be with Ark fully. She knew she had said she had wanted to wait, but they had been through so much together. Ark pulls back a little looking down at Ver raising an eye brow at the shaking hand on her hip.Ver was usually so sure of herself, but was right now showing her inexperience in this area. Well Ark was inexperienced as well.

Ark took hers and Vers weapons and put them aside. Turning back Ver took Ark's shoulders and chest piece off. Ark returned the favor and also removed Ver's gloves and wrists. Ver had trouble with Ark's so she tossed hers aside. Ark was nervous as Ver really hadnt been with her in bed naked since she had been rescued. Ark was afraid she would find her repulsive and flee at the sight of her, but Ver kissed each of her scars and with each kiss spoke of her love for Ark.

Ver was saddened that Ark had been so scarred by all she had been through. She didnt care about the physical scars. She cared about the emotional scars that laid beneath the surface. She wanted to be there for Ark more then just physically. Ver hoped she showed that with all the kisses she placed on the scars and spoke of her love for Ark. When she reached Ark's belt Ark pulled her back up and kissed her. Ark wanted to return all the loving Ver had just placed on her. Ver was very ticklish when Ark liked her stomach. Ark kissed and spoke of her love far into the night. Never once removing Ver's skirt. Ark wanted Ver for the wedding night.

Ver fell asleep in Ark's arms as Ark fell asleep in hers. When Ver started stirring Ark's arms tightened around her and pulled her back to her chest. Ark wasnt ready for the day to start. Ver smiled she wasnt ready to any of her time with Ark to end either. They both had a busy day a head of them. Ark was supposed to go off with Luliana and Moto for wedding arrangements to be firmly in place. Then Ark needed to do some dailies to make some gold. Ver's plans for the day was to see who all rsvp'd and those who werent sure she was to find out what was going on. She was also going to the cake shop to see about the two cakes. She would meet up with Luliana later to talk about the parties that would be held for each of them before the wedding.

Is it too late? Or does Love win out?

Ver had left Yule and Haste a week ago. She saw mail in her mailbox. She saw who it was from, but she couldn't open it hurting so much. Luliana had driven Ark away. She didn't trust anything Jaq had to say. And Ark had LEFT HER!!! She wandered horde lands far to the North where she wasn't bothered by anyone. No one knew who she was, thankfully. She had begun to eat a little more each day. She still felt like shit, but she figured she would always feel that way.

Yule and Haste really had felt bad after Verloren left them. They tried to find Ver themselves, but Ver just didn't want to be found right now. So Yule stood outside Stormwind because Bel was there right now with her guild. Haste spoke with friends to see if any of them could help in the search for the paladin.

"BELDONNA come out i need to speak with you about Ver.", Yule called as he eyed the guards and many other people nearby. Yule saw people were ready to rip her to shreds if she went made a false move. Bel came tearing around the corner onto the bridge almost falling into the water. Which Yule thought would have been very funny.

"Where is she Yule?" Bel asked with the guild almost on her heels.

"I don't know where she is now, but Haste and I took her to the Ghostlands. I had her picking flowers and skinning stuff to keep her hands busy. She drank for days and only stopped I think, because it was making her sick. She eats as little as possible. Ark's leaving really did a number on her Bel. Haste came back and showed me the poster. Ver overheard us and thought we didn't want her around. So she got on her charger and rode off." Yule was very worried about her friend Ver right now.

"Has she not read any of the letters people sent her?" Bel wondered if her sister didn't even care anymore.

"She's in horde country Bel. None of the mail boxes work for her. By the way I have been asking all my friends to watch for her." Haste said landing behind Yule. Some friends said she had been spotted in Ghostlands heading towards Silvermoon.

Luliana and Ark looked at each other. Ark asked, "If she had a mailbox she could use do you think she would open our letters?"

"Yes I think she would open them... after pacing and agonizing over it for a few minutes. Ark she said she wasn't you chasing this time. That it had to be you that found her." Yule said as he looked at this paladin that made Ver crumble.

"Looks like we are going to the Ghostlands, and then possibly Silvermoon." Luliana said knowing Ark wanted Ver back more then any of them. She just wanted to see things put back to rights.

"No Luliana. I will be going and looking for her. You all stay here." Ark knew she had to find Verbear alone.

To the North

Ver hadn't stopped moving since leaving Yule and Haste. She saw all the horde towns and continued killing animals and picking flowers still, but she didn't stay anywhere too long. She had seen all of ghostlands. Now it was time for her to see Silvermoon and all it had to offer in scenery. Her bags were full of herbs and of skins.

Ver looked at the ring she had taken off and thought of selling or just tossing it, but she couldn't do that yet. The horde thought it peculiar for an alliance to be up there just picking flowers and skinning, but they gave her her space nonetheless. Ver would have sent some of the skins and herbs off long ago, but no mailbox around worked. She dared not go to her own cities or towns or anywhere others of her faction were. Her sister would find her soon if she did that. Bel better be on her honeymoon instead of looking for her.

Ver stopped with her hair standing on end. She felt eyes on her. She looked around and there in front of her stood Jaq. Ver wondered how Jaq had found her, but she didn't care, since she doubted Jaq would do anything more.

"Verloren have you not received any of the letters sent to you? Ark has written you, Luliana, Liz, Michel, myself, and Rose. Do you not care enough to answer?" Jaq asked wanting to know if her daughter was being left fully. She hadn't been the best mother she could be, but she was trying to make up for it a little right now.

"I see I have mail, but I cant get any of it. None of these mailboxes work for me." Ver was frustrated and Jaq was the last person to get on her good side. "It shouldn't be me, you should be asking if I cared. It should be your daughter. She left me not vice versa." Verloren balled her fists in frustration. She didn't want to be speaking to Jaq at all right now.

"Verloren I'm taking you to Lights Hope Chapel. Where you WILL open your mail and read them. No arguments and no running away." Jaq wagged her finger at Verloren. "Ark doesn't know I came looking for you. I know I'm not the best mother, but I'm trying to help right now." Jaq put her foot down literally. She just wanted Ver to go back to Ark and stay where she belonged. She had tried to tear them apart before and now saw they were perfect for each other. She couldn't stand to see Ark this miserable. Seeing Ver wasn't looking much better made Jaq hope Ark would have a happy ending.

"No you're not taking me anywhere and if Ark cares enough she will find me." Ver said turning and walking away from Jaq. She would go to another continent if she had to.

"Verloren you stubborn woman ...Ark HAS been looking for you all over Azeroth and beyond. You still have those elixirs and it stops her from finding you. To top it off you went to places you have never gone to hide before. Ark is walking again and tanking. She is out there looking for you. She has also been passing out invitations and going ahead with the wedding plans, but she would be better off with you there. My daughter loves you and she makes mistakes. We all do, but are you going to let it cost you a life time of happiness?" Jaq asked. She wasn't good at the sappy stuff and she hoped she got this speech right. She prayed that Verloren listened to her and finally just went to read the letters.

Verloren turned around and looked at Jaq, surprised she was staying and trying to do something that closely resembled compassion for another human being....

Verloren sighed and mounted her charger. "Fine, but first how did you find me?" Ver knew when she was defeated. Jaq was trying to make up for lost time in the mother department.

"Lets just say I have people always watching my daughters... and their spouses." Jaq said without any guilt. She had used many of those connections to find Verloren and she wasn't letting this girl slip out of her hands until those letters were read. After that it was up to Verloren what action she took.

When they reached Lights Hope Chapel Ver went right over to a vendor and grabbed ale. She felt whatever was in the mailbox she would need something to strengthen herself. Jaq took the liquer from her and pointed to the letters. She opened Luliana's first.

V,
I don't know what Ark thought I wanted, but leaving you wasn't it. I told her she needed to walk on her own, that is all. I told her you wanted to dance with her, not some machine. Maybe it wasn't my right to do that. I am sorry. You can hit me all you want, just please come back. We need you. Ark needs you.
Hugs,
Luliana

Ver then opens Aunt Liz's, Michel's, Jaq's and Rose's

Verloren,
Lissen Ark misses you. She wants you back. Ye didnae hear what Luliana said. Nare did I, but please hear Ark out. If'n ye didnae want Ark afta tha' none can blame ya. She was wrong and she knows it.
Withou' ya healin' er her scars are pretty bad, but I didnae take ya for tha' shallow. I donnae if'n Ye moved on. But at least give Ark closure. She will always be your wife een if ye arenae hers.
Liz

Verloren,
Lissen up yeah, I understand you think Ark is marbles and conkers yeah, Just talk to her eh.
Let her know you have about as much interest in as a park horse has in the royalty yeah.
Michel

Verloren,
I know Ark is not the best companion, believe me growing up with her, ugh. But the silence, you don't have to tell her where you are. I understand she can be difficult, but at least let her know you are alive. She wants you back in the worst way, and the way she left was just well bad all round.
None of the blame lies at your feet, but I think if people knew...yeah.
The story is you found a couple of horde fellows. Good for you moving on. Ark just wants to know you are okay and happy. I mean she wants you back, but if not well happy is good.
Rose.

Verloren,
I don't know what to say. There is no love lost between us for sure, and I am still working on cleaning up moonwood, but my daughter loves you very much. I told Ark I would take care of her problem, but she said no. She wanted you to come back. I don't ask for much, and I have no right to ask anything of you. But if you care about Ark even a little write her a letter.
Jaq.

Ver was crying at this point. She didn't want to read anymore, but Jaq saw which letters she had opened and nudged her. Jaq knew she needed to read them all. Verloren really didn't want to read anymore. She read enough to know Ark hadn't left her, but had just needed to cool off from her argument with Luliana. Ver reached for Arks letters after swiping the tears away from her eyes.

Verbear,
I don't blame you for leaving. I know you are disappointed in me. I failed you. I am miserable without you. I wanted to learn to walk again, to tank, to dance with you. Now I fear that is ruined. Why bother walking if you don't have anyone to walk with?
I love you more than words can say. I can't ask for forgiveness I don't deserve it. I would cross the world to find you, but as I understand it you don't want to be found. I don't know if you will even read this.
Love,
Ark

Verbear,
No matter what you are still my wife and I love you even if you don't love me anymore. I will do whatever it takes to win you back.
Tell me what I need to do. I wasn't leaving you. I just needed air. I wanted to dance with you. Please come back to me. I won't chase you down if you don't want, but I will wait for you. I won't rest until you come back to me.
Love,
Ark

Verbear,
Can I still call you that? I miss my wife. Do you still want to be my wife? I sound desparate I know. Sorry. I can't stand to be without you, but I want you to come back when you are ready. I thought I needed to be away from you to learn to walk again, but now I don't want to go anywhere without you.
I am tanking again. I love you so much. Please come back, I don't know how to live without you anymore.
Love,
Ark

Verbear,
I miss your smile. I know you gave everything you had to heal me. I haven't slept in days. I can't sleep without you anymore. I need you.
I am afraid you won't find me attractive, but I am still your wife. Will you still have me? I am a monster inside and out now.
I never stop thinking of you. I am beginning to lose hope, but can I come find you? Do you want me to come find you?
Love,
Ark

Ver was crying again. This time she cried even harder. Jaq picked Ver and the letters up and took them away from Light's Hope so Ver could get herself back under control. Jaq had seen the realization on Ver's face as she read the letters and now Verloren knew. Now she knew the truth. Jaq hoped Ver would return to the peak or where ever Ark was and they would be able to make up, but Jaq knew she couldn't make anything happen.

"I found you and I made sure you read the letters sent to you. Ark told me not to. She doesn't know if you want her to find you. So tell her if you want to be found. I know you have an extra Guild Tabard and you didn't guild quit. You just took your tabard off and left." Jaq knew this was as far as she could go.

Ver stood up and walked back to Lights Hope chapel and opened her mailbox and sent out one letter.

Ark,
Find me where two hands join as one. I will be waiting there for you.
love,
Verbear
p.s. You shouldn't have to ask if you can come find me. Also no matter what you look like I will always love you.

Ver walked back to where she had left Jaq and found her gone. Well that woman was very strange, but Ver owed her thanks for making her go read those letters. For now she needed to get to Redridge, but how? Neeta was stabled in Northrend and she had... Oh wait she had Snowy her white gryphon still. Ver called Snowy and rode till she reached Redridge. She stripped down and washed her armor and her gear. Then she washed and pampered herself.

She had several dresses left in her bags. At one point she thought about tossing them out, but something always stopped her. She laid out her Spring Robes and dressed herself and sprayed on a little perfume.

She didn't know what she would say to Ark, but she did know from all those letters that she was loved and that Ark hadn't thought she would take it that she was leaving her. Ver thought of the other times when they just sat and talked. They could do that again, but Ark had broken her word and left her without a word making her fear the worst. She thought of all that Jaq and this mysterious guy had done to keep them apart and she wasn't sure how she could live if Ark went missing again.

She heard a noise behind her. Turning she saw Ark with a bouquet of roses and her favorite chocolates. Ver saw the scars and just wanted to fly over there and start healing her, but she stayed standing on her rock until Ark approached her.

Ark dropped both the flowers and the chocolate and didn't even ask permission. She took Ver into her arms and held her as close as humanly possible. Ver closed her eyes and put her arms around her wife. Tears were streaming down both of their faces so much so that neither spoke for a time. But there was something else. Ark was almost invisible. Ver could see the scars, but she couldn't make out everything.

"Am I too late to ask for forgiveness Verbear?" Ark asked, hoping against all hopes that Ver still loved her.

"What is there to forgive, but a foolish woman that took off instead of waiting for word from her love?" Ver answered, she was so glad to be in Ark's arms again.

"No woman, you need to forgive me for taking off after I said I wouldn't do that to you again." Ark was shaken, and she was still trying to be invisible. "You are not allowed to hide from me ever again in horde country. I don't want you where you can't get to your mail and I don't want you outside of my sight again." Ark held Verloren in her arms and wasn't letting her Verbear out of her arms until she knew that all was well between them.

"Ark next time start yelling or fuming. Don't hold your anger in till it explodes. I have almost lost you now four times. Screw the wedding!! We are already married lets just stay in the peak and lead nice quiet lives hhmm?" Ver asked knowing in her heart that it wouldn't happen. Both of them were very good at what they do. People would be coming to them all the time asking them to fight for some cause.

"Oh no Verloren!! I have been listening to Luliana moan about driving me off then you disappearing since I went back. I have been eye ball deep in wedding plans since as well." Ark said still trying to hide herself from Verloren.

"WE ARE HAVING THE WEDDING!!!!" Ark roared.

Ver leans back in Ark's arms and reaches into a bag nearby and brought out the ring Ark gave her. "I thought of selling or tossing this so many times, but something always held me back from doing so. I think because in my heart I truly didn't believe you had left me."

Ark places the ring back on her ring finger and says, "You never told me if I was too late to ask for your forgiveness or for your love."

"Would I be here if I weren't prepared to forgive and to love you? No matter where either of us goes in this world neither of us is ever far from the others thoughts. I couldn't sleep or eat when you were captured for the longest time. I felt like hell thinking you had left me after I had just gotten you back. I drank and drank until I was sick from it. I ate hardly anything and I cried Ark. I cried till there were no more tears. I am here because I want to believe that you will keep your word this time. I am here because I love you. I am here because without you here by my side I don't feel complete. I don't feel like I can do anything." Verloren said.

"You gave me wings to fly. I learned to fight from you. I learned to heal better from you. I learned to love, cherish and to hold dear those I love from you. I was abandoned by people I love before just as you were. I don't want to go back to that feeling of being alone again." Verloren said after saying all of this buries her head in Arks shoulder and weeps even more.

"Ark you better not be making my sister cry again." Bel said as she flew down out of the sky.

"Bel this is a meeting between spouses and you need to be on your honeymoon." Ver said wiping away her tears.

"Ver how can I go on a honeymoon when you are hurting? Please say you either dumped her or you two are going to finally just elope to get your wedding done with." Bel growled really hoping no one else tried to separate these two. Her sister had cried enough and from the looks of it drank enough as well.

"We are getting married on Feb 19th as planned. We are going home to the peak together." Ver said pulling Ark with her towards her Gryphon. She just wanted to go home and finish planning the wedding.

Ark hopped up on Snowy behind Verloren. Ark put her arms around Ver and they rode till they landed in the Peak. Bel followed and told the guild they were back.

Aunt Liz, Michel and Rose were misty eyed seeing them. Luliana started apologizing to them both until Moto finally shushed her.

"Luliana you meant well in your intentions. I'm sorry as well for leaving my tabard behind." Ver said knowing she needed to forgive Luliana as much as she needed to forgive Ark.

The guild sat around talking and it wasn't as comfortable as it had been before, but it would take time or a well placed joke to get them all acting like old times. Bel waved as she and Lanier left for their honeymoon. Luliana and Moto holed up in the dining room looking at wedding stuff and pulling Ver or Ark in to say what they thought.

Ver and Ark didn't spend as much time together as they had, but that was mostly because they just had to find the right words for each other. Ver said she forgave Ark, but Ark had doubts. Ark said she wouldn't do it again, but Ver was afraid it might happen again. All they could do was believe in each other and hope for the best.

Jaq didn't go near, but saw from a distance how they were dancing around each other. "Those two are worse then how I was with my husband." Jaq muttered, thinking of how many times while dating her late husband she had stuck her foot in her mouth.

Parting of ways for a time

Ver woke the next morning to an empty bed and the door still closed and locked. She got up and washed her face and her body and grabbed her armor. Which she hadnt worn since finding Ark. She strapped her mace on and put her shield on her back. Ver walked downstairs and looked at Aunt Liz by the expression on the hunter's face Ark hadnt sent word or come back. Ver turned and placed her guild tabbard down on a chair and left the house without a word. Aunt Liz opened her mouth, but Ver shook her head she was too upset still to speak or even be calm. Ver walked over to the stable and got Neeta. She didnt know where Ark had gone, but she had shut her out once again. It hurt to be shut out once again.

Ver nudged Neeta's sides and they took off as the sun came up in the peak. Ver didnt know where they would end up, but she did know that her time was done with Alliance Supply. She didnt know if she would go back to them after costing her Ark, but for now she needed to be alone. She had elixirs of invisibility so no one could track her and she would be using that. Bel just got married she didnt need to be off looking for her sister. Before she had left she had penned Bel a letter.

Bel,
I cant be around those that drove my love away and im not going to search for Ark this time. She shut me out again after telling me she wouldnt do it again. I dont want to be found. Take your honeymoon with Lanier you are overdue for yours. I will contact you when i feel like i can live in this world again. The healing has left me. So i will go search for what i should do next i guess or i will just wander around until i dont feel this bad anymore.
love you little sister,
Ver

Ver landed in redridge by the waterfall that looked like two hands holding eachother's and started to cry again. Luliana had driven Ark away and she didnt know where she was or what had been said, but this time she wasnt chasing down that fool woman. This time Ark had to come to her if she wanted a relationship still. Ver had stayed in Redridge until mid day and mounted back up on Neeta. She nudged Neeta and she took off towards the highlands as she was so used to doing, but Ver nudged her towards Stormwind Harbor instead. Ver took the boat to Northrend and went a head and stabled Neeta again upon landing in Borean Tundra. She walked away from the city and decided to take anything that came her way. Ver met up with some old friends while she walked the roads of Borean Tundra they were doing low level quests and they wondered what she was doing there when her wedding was fast approaching. Ver looked to the water and said," Enjoying the freedom of the land and walking where you want." She didnt want to tell them her mate had walked out on her.

Ver hadnt touched anything to eat or drink that day and upon reaching Star's rest Ver paid the vendor for 100 ale and left. She walked and drank until she had reached Icecrown. She had been walking down memory lane in her mind. She looked up at Icecrown Citadel and wondered if she should just go in and get it all over with. What did it matter if she lived. Ark had left her without a word. Showing her she didnt mean anything to her. Just then she heard Ark's voice in her head telling her to turn around and to stop having those thoughts. "Shut up Ark. Just SHUT UP!!!! You left me without a word or a note so you hold no power over me anymore. You left me....",Ver trails off into tears falling to her knees in front of Icecrown Citadel. She keeps crying for longer then she would of liked, but there was just so much hurt inside her over Ark leaving after she had just gotten her back.

A tauren sees Ver crying and knows her. Yule turns to Haste and points to the crying Pally. "She be hurting Haste. Lets see if we can help her.",says Yule who had once been a druid, but had somehow become a tauren. Yule walks over and places a hand on Ver. Ver looks up and knows who this is and says,"I dont want to be found by anyone so if you know of somewhere i can hole up for a while i would be obliged." Haste scratched his troll head and said," I know the perfect place no one likes being up there as it is so isolated from so much, but for what you want its perfect. Come on we will get you there via...oh you may have to mark yourself pvp to get on the blimp and get to where we are going." Ver just nods. She needed to go somewhere that she wouldnt be found and where she could slowly heal her broken heart.

"Ver last time i heard you were getting married....What happen?",asks Yule knowing that not much ruffled Ver's feathers.

"I handed in my guild tabbard after one of the guild leader's drove my mate away after we had just gotten her back from her captors. Ive chased her every other time and forced her to face me and talk, but this time im not going to chase her and force her to do anything. She left without a word or a note to me. So if she cares at all then she can come find me. I dont know if i will go back to the guild after this or if i will strike out on my own, but for now im on my own and i dont want to be found.", says Ver looking over the side of the blimp that would carry them part way to where they were going.

This blimp landed outside Undercity. From there they were going to fly North, but Ver had said no that they would walk. Yule and Haste didnt know why Ver wanted to walk, but they would indulge her and keep the other horde away from her. They would also keep alliance away too if they had too. Yule knew Ver to be a loving soul and could smell the spirits on her and boy were they strong. Ver never indulged in drinking, but apparently that had flown out the window.

Once they reached the Ghostlands Yule and Haste would move her whenever Ver wanted a change of scenery. Ver didnt care really where she was left as she had no heart anymore for doing much. Yule stayed as Haste left to deal with the guild he was in. Yule watched as Ver just stared out the window and drank and drank and drank. Not talking, not smiling, not trying to be her sweet polite self and talk small talk. She just sat there with a vacant look in her eyes. Yule knew she wasnt really there, but just thinking of things that would depress her more. So Yule grabbed Ver's hand and took her outside. She had Ver picking flowers and killing low level animals and skinning them. She had her fishing and kept her hands busy trying to get her to do normal things to get her to feel like her old self again.

Ver was at Goldenmist Village for a week doing this and knew Yule was just trying to help her get back to feeling like her old self, but meeting Ark and having all those feelings come out she feared she would never be her old self again. So she indulged Yule and did this. If nothing else she had a very nice smelling cabin with all the flowers she had picked. She had even weaved them into baskets and wreaths. Yule didnt know what else to do without finding Bel, but then she would be betraying Ver and she had been hurt enough. Haste came back and motioned to Yule to come to him.

Haste gave Yule a piece of paper that he had found in Booty Bay while he had been buying off the auction house down there. It was a lost poster on Verloren asking for any information on her where abouts by her guild. Haste and Yule looked at eachother not knowing if they should reveal her where abouts or respect her wishes not to be found. Ver had only told them once why she was alone and wouldnt speak of it again. She hardly spoke at all and ate even less. She had stopped drinking after the first few days, but Yule suspected it was becuase Ver was getting sick from drinking that much.

Yule shook her head at Haste and said," She asked us not to reveal where she was, but we can reveal where she's been. She is hurting and i cant blame her. She has yet to bounce back and it will take time for her to do so. She cracked when Ark was taken and fell apart. Now Ark took off after someone in the guild said somethings to her without a word or note to her mate. Ya Ver's hurting bad and she doesnt want to be found and she isnt trying to get over this yet either."

Haste said," Well i saw her sister Bel in Booty Bay and she is really upset that her sister left without a word and hasnt been heard or seen since. Luliana is racked with guilt and Moto is forcing her to eat and sleep and reminding her that Ver was a big girl that she would be ok. I dont know of Ark. I didnt even bother to hear about that woman. I just told Bel that we had seen her sister in front of Icecrown Citadel contemplating going in there all alone. Which would of been suicide. So well they are looking there we can try to get Ver back to her old self or send her back to face people she doesnt want to yet."

"If you dont want me here all you had to do was tell me and i would of left. You dont have to keep me company anymore and you dont have to find me anywhere else to go i will go and bother you no more.",said Ver as she mounted her paladin steed and without waiting for either to reply took off for parts unknown.
